transcripts and education certs!

hi guys

can some 1 please help me before I drive myself mad lol
I have been looking over the site all afternoon however am still stuck,

My partner and I want to emigrate to Canada and on the letter from london it says:
TRANSCRIPTS: Transcripts must be submitted for all post-secondary education, covering each year. Transcripts must be original and sealed by the issuing institution.
DIPLOMAS/DEGREES: Photocopies of diplomas/degrees must be submitted for all secondary AND post-secondary education.

so transcripts for everything after secondary school?
well my partner has all his certificates but as you need transcripts I rang city and guilds as thats who his certs are through and they said they can do us a letter however its £34 per award but he has loads of awards! should we just go for the highest award
ie. Vehicle Mechanical And Electrical Systems Maintenance and Repair (Heavy Vehicle) Level 3
we cant afford £34 per award it would cost a fortune!
I also need to get mine and the college i did mine at is no longer there and I cant remember whos it through ie city and guilds etc but am sure I can find it in the loft lol

does anyone know if I can get these transcripts without having to pay these £34's?
and even though you sending transcripts I still photocopy certs and send them?

Dear forum members I have question regarding education kindly help me out...

1. 1985 - 1995 10 yr education (secondary) 10

2. 1995 - 1998 Intermediate (high school) 2

3. 1999- 2001 Bachelor of arts 2

4. 2005 - 2006 Graduate diploma 1
(not completed)
5. 2006 -2007 diploma in business 1

6. 2007 - 2009 Masters 1.5

No.4 the graduate diploma was not completed, my question is that after secondary school, there is gap of one year which i have included in high school. as i was sick at that time and on bed rest so, will it matter for CHC if so then how can i justify it..

pls advise regards
