Transcripts are the mark sheet, unversity mark sheets are called transcripts.

Request the university they will be able to provide you. Every university has its envelopes, so ask them to provide you the transcripts in the envelope and put stamp of the university.

First confirm if your visa office needs it in university envelope or not and if they do then i guess you have to travel 3000km to get the job done as its a requirement from the visa office unless you can provide some exceptional reason.

Yes the qualification you are claiming points for so if you have done masters then send bachelors + masters

Trasncript is a document certified by your college/ university from where you have completed your college. It is a sheet of paper where all three years / two years details are mentioned like year of course taken ,marks , subjects, lecture attendance per week etc. along with degree certificate date. In fact this is not a statement of marks ( marksheet) or degree certificate. For this piece of paper university / college charge some amount towards "Transcript Issuance Fees."

You have to request your institute to seal this transcript in the official envelope along with stamp. It is not mendatory to submit but recommended, which will save your time in processing and of course a reliable document for VO.

Ya if you have claim points for spouse,

Official envelope & stamp means pre printed envelope & it has a stamp ( generally round seal of institute) on the seal.

I know what you need, sending official from college/university is well known it is the matter of filling a form and paying processing fee. actualy you don't need to reach to your university you can represent someone to do for you or if the university give online service you can apply and pay process fee online. then the university directly send your transcritp to london visa office that is all.
