I just got my transcripts for my bachelors and masters from DU and Ignou respectively in a sealed envelope.. i asked for 2 copies from DU to check what is inside.. there was only one paper saying transcript of marks having all my scores.. my question is- is there anything else which needs to be inside the envelope like degree or something? And my second question is- I did not gave them any wes application form because I did not applied for WES and was thinking to do it after getting my transcript.. is this form necessary to get attested by university to send my transcripts to WES? Will WES reject my transcripts without this form?
