Transcript - Graduation done from 2 different colleges

Hi All,

I have done 1st year from Gujarat University(Affiliated college) and 2nd and 3rd from S. P university(Affiliated college).

Can I get a transcript from my recent college/university? or I have to get transcript from both the colleges?

Please suggest.
