Transcript from pune university-urgent please help

Hi,

I am currently in U.S.A and I would like to get my transcripts from Pune University. I have filled up the application online. I have the following questions?
1. Can I submit the application online or do I need to go in person?
2. Can I make all the payments online including the additional fees for the transcripts to be sent back to me here in the states?
3. Can I send the application via mail, along with the receipt of the online payment that I make (this is depending on the answer for question# 2)?

Did you receive your transcript? I have applied for transcripts online to Pune University and its been 2 months and yet I have not received them. they do not even answer my call or reply to my email. How much time does it usually take?
