Hi, I just want to know how can we apply transcript report from pu chd, amount is showing in $304 usd, do we need to pay? Or Can I apply with my Indian address If I'm living here, If is it possible, they can dispatch report to wes address or at my Indian residence, Im so confused pls help.. TIA
