Transcript from kannur and bharathiyar university

My name s Ramees ,just now joined the forum.I am planning to migrate to Canada and yet to start the formalities.As I understand there are 2 prerequisites before filling the online form
1. ECA from WES
2.Ielts
For the first one (ECA), I have Btech degree from kannur university and MBA from bharathiyar university.i am currently residing in UAE , can someone guide me about procedures on how to proceed with this transcript ?.also do I need to mention WES reference number on each photo copies.is there any agency doing specific transcript service, not overall migration consultant.

The transcript service agencies are somehow not upto mark since most universities request the student to apply in person.

Couple of universities which I know in India needs your visit while some are not. So, please check with your university about it.

Hi Ramees. I am also from Kannur and did my bachelors from Kannur University. Were you able to get the evaluation done ?
If so can you assist me about what the process is please?
