I have completed Diploma in Arts from India, 5 years program
Unfortunately, I have missing 1 year's Marksheet and also can't get the duplicate from the College / university as they don't have record of marks for each subject, however they have Total of marks, percentage and rank details.
Could you please guide if this impact to CSQ application?
How can I write Letter of explanation to CSQ, stating my problem, what will be the letter format and will they accept it?
College is ready to give me in writing about my status for that year as they also don;t have marksheet.
Also, attested marksheet will work rather than Transcript? i think so but want to confirm.
Expert advise is welcomed, please help.
