If the person has done some courses/training related to work and the courses were offered by employer itself, does it have to declared for past 4 years of education history?

That's not a formal education. No need to mention it, but if you want you can state a word or 2 in a cover letter.

Goldline what about doing any licensing like electrical license or any association license for engineers or doctor will that add value.

The reason they ask this question is for you to prove that you were residing in Canada. If you are working here then it doesnt make much difference if you mention your courses. So really its up to you.

I suggest that if someone taking any course and during that course he was unemployed he should write that course ( regrading which type of course ) instead of writing unemployed
