Hi there,

While working in position that I mentioned in EE profile, I had been send for training to another country, for 8 month. In EE profile I mentioned it as 1 year experience but it is actually 4 month I hold that position rest has been spent for training to higher degree.

It is not my primary NOC (which is good) and I don't know how I forgot to consider training as an issue. now it is too late to change something I got ITA yesterday.

1. Won't it be contradiction?
2. Can I write training as experience, cause in company I still hold that initial position for period that I've been in trainig

If this training wasn't paid and/or it's not skilled work experience then you shouldn't be claiming points for it.

It was paid, I still had my salary and additional payment for training, but it was not actually particular job, I had classes, tests, and practice for another position

Then it comes down to whether this is skilled experience or not.

No, by skilled experience I mean NOC 0/A/B.

ohhhh gosh...ok... would not it be considered as cheating?? I actually do not worry much about this particular job, as I mentioned total 6 years experience, this one does not as a primary one, the rest 5 years are. It should not have an impact on CRS score should it?

If that's the case then I would just remove that work altogether and simply add it in the personal history section.

The max you can claim for foreign work experience is 3 years and for Canada 5 if i'm not mistaken.

Will it be ok after getting ITA?

I thought any changes you make after ITA is suspicious

You can write a LOE if you feel like it.

Changes are fine post-ITA as long as they don't affect score or eligibility.

Thank you Del Piero. It has no affect neither on CRS score nor on eligibility
