Good day to all.
if someone was on 6 month contract with the title of trainee but performing many of the full time duty he did in the 1.5 years of full time job with title could it be accepted as a total of 2 years or it will be counted as one year ? Another question if someone duties is mutual in 1112 and 1113 with much in common what shall be done ?

If you can Obtain Experience letter mentioning Job duties and mentioning full time as duration of the contract, in this case you can count it as 2 years.

Please refer NOC code specific duties in CIC website, I guess both can not be mutual. If by any chance those are mutual than better show them as 2 noc codes only, but min 1 year of work exp in applying NOC code is still mandatory.
