If I have a history of traffic violations how should I respond to the question:

"Has xx ever committed, been arrested for, been charged with or convicted of any criminal offence in any country?"

I have run a stop sign twice. Once It resulted in a non-injury accident and for the other I took an online course and the prosecutors dropped the case. No drugs or alcohol involved.
None of these are reflected in the police clearance certificate I have received

the question concerns with "any criminal offense'

traffic violation and accidents are not criminal offense. they're civil in nature, unless there were drug or alcohol related or you were charged with vehicular manslaughter or something.

Thank you for the response. Nope no drugs or alcohol involved. And the accident caused vehicle damage but no injury to any party involved. So, if I am to answer No to that question, is there any where else that I would need to disclose these two incidents through-out the process?
