I am 20 years old Turkish citizen I am a second grade student in International Relations Bachelor's Degree in Turkey and I have never been to Canada. I hate my country because of the goverment, people and Islam so I want to immigrate Canada as a trades worker. Work and pay taxes for Canada.

I always interested in blue-collar jobs which is suitable for uneducated lowlife people for Turkey unfortunately, that is because the huge overpopulation and bad education system of Turkey as a small country.

I know that you cannot get a visa for apprenticeship as a non-Canadian but I am a little bit confused about the Red Seal proggrame.

I found this 2 years of welding proggrame course which grants diploma upon graduation.

As I can understand, It says that I can get two years of apprenticeship with block exams so there is one year left to become a welder according to NOC. So here are my questions;

Is it possible to get employed as an International apprentice with graduation (Assuming I can get two years gradutation visa because of the two years course.)

The NOC thing confuses me, the code is 7237
Which one is required for immigration as a welder, three years of apprenticeship, certificate or red seal ?

My plan is with in order, finishing the course, getting a two years of work permit visa upon graduation, finding an employer who can employ me as an apprentice for one year, becoming a certified welder, getting a red seal, applying for LMIA as a welder while waiting for it, working as a welder if possible. Trying to immigrate with FSTP, CEC or FSWP which is possible (Welding is B class). If my visa expires, trying to find a way for extending it or getting another temp visa if avaible, or returning Turkey while I am waiting in pool.

I know my plan is complicated or maybe wrong, can you give me some advices about immigration according to my blue collar wish ? Is it risky plan ? I don't want to spend my money for nothing if I can't immigrate. I can do nothing with welding experience in Turkey.
LMIA thing confuses me also, without the arrenged employment, I can't meet the minumum required point for immigration in express entry. Is it hard thing to get in trades ?

Not that this answers your questions but something related to people in Trade and Red Seal interested in (and those who already did) immigration to Canada...

The short answer is that studying in Canada doesn't guarantee you'll be able to find a job in Canada after you graduate - or that you will qualify for PR. So there's always risk involved in coming to Canada as a student and PR is never a certainty.
