I am starting new thread for PNP January applications to CIO. Pl z keep in touch and share your timeline and exp. I m new to this forum i don't know much , in creating new topic SARAYU ( forum member) helped me a lot .....thanks SARAYU
My time line is

stream : general
application lodged: 8 march, 2012
AOR( file no>) : 10 july 2012
sponser interview: 1 nov 2012
LOA : 13 nov2012
application sent to cio( nova scotia)recevied by (glen miller)on 4th jan2013
AOR: ?

Hello folks,
First thnks a lot Sirat for starting this thread for JAN2013.
I am the sponsorer for my bro under AINP family stream.
Recvd his Nomination in Oct2012.
Have sent his application to CIC Novascotia ,recvd there on 4Jan2013.
will update here ASAP if I get any more info.

Hi Sirat,

Good to see that you started Jan 2013 thread. You may also create a google tracking sheet for your group. You can have a look at Oct/Nov/Dec tracking sheets to know more about format. I suggest you to hold the write access just with you for now. Because initially all Nov group applicants had write access and someone made a mess and we had to correct all that. So, don't provide write access to everyone.

thanks for your advice and i will take care of tracking sheet for jan 2013 but the problem is that how can i create spreadsheet ....can you plz send me detailed information for it .....i have just checked your link for nov tracksheet.....i found its really very good for everyone .

I discovered that there are not so many app submitted to cio in jan as compared to nov/dec
Anyway don't worry we will keep it ongoing---but the problem is spreadsheet--- can u help me in creating that

Dont have any upadate,was looking at the decmber12 spreadsheet and looks like avg of 35 days to see if credit card has been charged to the account.
well well waiting game is on.
