Hi everybody !!This is my first post...so here are my times...I'm BC-PNP applicant,sent my application for PR first on 5th July and they sent it back on 3rd august because some papers missing...my English test and my birth certificate. I sent everything again on 24th august,delivered on 28th...but right now I have a problem..the credit card that I put on my papers it's not valid anymore.My bank gave me a new one so I need to contact them to give them the new number to proceed with the debit of the fees...I called today to CIC and they said that I should contact to Nova Scotia to Cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca ...I've already sent the email but they reply that it's going to take 20 business days to reply it...does anybody know if there is another mail or phone number that I should call??I don't want my application to be rejected just because they couldn't collect my payment!!! Please help me!!Thanks....

I'm going through your exact same situation and I was wondering if you have any updates. Were you able to somehow provide the CIO with your new credit card information without them returning the package?
I submitted my application on Sept 10th, and last night my bank called me to tell me someone had cloned my credit card and they had to change my credit card information, which means that the number on the fee payment form that the CIO has right now, won't work!!! (ughhh ). The CIO at Sidney has not processed my fees yet, but if they do so soon, my application will be returned.What to do!!!
I already called the call-center, they told me to email CIO Nova Scotia, but that will take a long time for them to reply. I also saw that there is a phone number a 902 one, but I've read here that it doesn't work.

Anyone else has any advice?? How about filling out a new fee payment form with the new credit card information, scanning it and emailing it to them? Has someone scanned something before and send it successfully?

I am in USA and I have submitted only my Police Clearance Certificate to CIO, but not the finger print cards.

FBI has clearly written in the PCC that they do not send us back the finger print cards as of Aug 17, 2009. I believe CIO knows about it. But honestly, I have no idea about someone who is already living in Canada.

Did you send application to CIO, even myself send application without PCC, once i got my AOR then have to apply for Singapore pcc.. have long time to wait....

Hi guys,

I need to submit PCC but I don't know my VO office. I received AOR from NS but nothing mentioned @ which vo they transferred. I m Indian citizen working in Malaysia since from last 2 years. Can n e body share call centre number so I can contact them. I saw on websit and understood that they r for Canada living people. Is there n E number for oversea people where I can ask my VO office? In form, I selected NS VO but later understood that they will transfer to another VO.

Congratulations on your medicals, MR request is valid for about 60days after receiving the MR. I will advice you to contact the CIC to explain to them because your wife can have xray because of the baby.

It only PCC that is compulsory but also not mandatory to submit it immediately when filling the application, the fingerprints request is a step forward if any information's about the applicant was found on the criminal record search or they need more search to be conducted on the applicant.

In this kind of it very complicated, i will advice you to talk to your Credit Card company if there is anyway your card can be reactivated because am not sure if CIO will be able to receive or even read your email on time.

I cant tell you that even me i havent know my VO yet, i selected Ottawa but have been receiving correspondence from CIO, you can probably wait till they ask for it if they need it

I didnt, I only submitted my PCC. To my own understanding submitting FBI fingerprints wont stop CIC from doing there own background checks. The only thing that can speed up the process is if the checks are completed of time...

i did send 2 emails to them but none of them is replied yet. dont know where it is lieing at present, even Ecas doesnt show our VO. how to find it.? hope to see their response soon.
