Hello it’s 12 December today. However, I don’t see any tracker on my mycic account .

What about you?
 
If you read the mail sent by IRCC, it clearly mentions in the last sentence "We'll let you know when the progress bar is available for your application". I dont think everyone will not be able to see the progress bar on December 12. However, no harm in checking your account (everyday) to see if the progress bar is visible.
