I had to leave Canada for a funeral and I am still waiting on my TR to PR application to go through. I don't have a visa and I am awaiting hopeful approval of open work permit... going on 200 days.

Being that a visa takes close to 200 days to get as well outside of Canada, there is a very good chance PR will be approved before I get TRV.

This means if I get approved for PR, I cannot enter Canada to claim COPR.

1. If my PR is approved, is there any way to continue with PR application without re entering Canada?
2. Will changing my address from Canada to my current location effect this or anything else?
3. I have read when you get invited to PR portal to declare you are in Canada, you can reply that you are not in Canada and they can provide alternative means to get back into the country. Is this true? Do they issue special visas in this case? Will 2. lead to the same outcome?

I am worried about changing my address and losing the work permit application because of it.. but that is a different matter.

As far as I know for certain right now, the only way back into Canada is if my Open Work Permit is approved and I can apply for a TRV, which will take forever. Is there any other way?
