hello, I forgot to sign both electronic and manual IMM0008 Generic form in TR to PR pathway program. Is that big issue? How can i change it.

I just wanted to clarify something.

I am applying under the TR to PR stream - French international graduates

Do I need to submit the results for medical exams or just the report of the medical exams?

IRCC automatically finds your UMI number. You don't have to upload anything.
