TR to PR application taking longer than usual

I applied for PR under TR to PR on May 6 at 12.24 pm. My application is under process for 15 months. I applied for GCMS notes and also followed by MP. Still, I am not getting a decision on my application. I tried everything I can do. What are the other options left for me except mandamus?

This unfortunately seems to be pretty normal for applications being processed through this programs. IRCC has committed to completing the processing of these applications by end of 2023. Based on this, I'm not sure mandamus will work based on that but you're certainly free to try. MPs can't speed up the processing of applications and ordering GCMS notes doesn't speed up processing either. Mandamus is really the only thing you can attempt to try to speed up processing.
