Hello :)

I want to sponsor my son and my boyfriend (for 6 years) in the family class. If they will come here as a tourist, can they have like a 1 year visa so that we will be able to live together and apply as common-law? how long would it take the tourist visa to get approved? They are staying in the Philipppines.

Visiting is allowed for a period of six months, which can be extended.
