I've applied for visit visa. I received the passport request on December 13 and currently the passport is at the IRCC office waiting to be stamped, but I received the below notification this morning. Is this something I need to be worried about?

Is this something I have to be worried about? It’s a tourist visa.

Don't stress over it. It will say approved once they put the visa counterfoil sticker in your passport and then you receive it.

I need to travel back to US this weekend. So I concerned about stamping time line. And I don’t have any updates further on how many days it will take to receive my passport.

To check what’s changed with your application’s status: log in to your account. When I looked in I found out that the final decision is on 13 December and the review of the eligibility is on January 6. Is this still alright?
