Hi Guys,

I am planing to travel to Canada with my wife for 7 to 8 days as a tourist.

I am working as Asst. manager IT / 50% business partner in one of IT company ( deals in IT accessories ) and my wife working as teacher in India, last year in summer vacation we travel to Switzerland and this summer we want to travel to Canada.

But i heard from someone that if you dont have any relative in Canada then you dont get Canada Visa.

Can i apply Canada visa with hotel booking i maintain good balance in saving account approx 20,000 US dollar

Please let me know Canada visa is possible with hotel booking or not

Not Necessary, provide a strong plan of your tour, you have a good travel history. You will get the visa.

Yes .. you can apply as tourist but for that your previous travel history have significant impact ... and secondly why wud any one travel all the way to canada for 7..8 days ..

Does the company owned by you have a business association with a Canadian company?

I'm guessing your previous travel to Switzerland was with a tour group, and you did not apply for visas as individuals.

But i heard from someone that if you dont have any relative in Canada then you dont get Canada Visa.

That's not true. If you had applied/were granted a Schengen visa by Switzerland - as individuals, and not as part of a tour group - then you're pretty likely to be granted a Canada TRV as well.

It's necessary to prove your individual strong ties + good financials, etc.

Hopefully, none of this money has been borrowed from anyone + it matches your declared sources of income + you are not using your company/business money to pay for your visit

Because i am not getting more then 10 days leave as i am working for one of very busy company we provide support to LAM ( USA based company )
and i think 9 to 10 days is enough for tourist .

Yes company owned by me but not associated with Canadian company.
I have 1 lakh earning per month so that's why i have around 20.000 USD in my account. also i have 8 credit card and each credit card has around 1 lakh limit .
I applied swiss visa without any travel agent and any group. not bought any tour package from any company,

No i will not use a single rupess from my company's account if needed i will use money from my mom's account / Dad account

It won't matter how many credit cards you have. What matters are the dues owed/payable for each of those credit cards. That would indicate a good financial situation. BTW INR 100,000 as credit card limit is not much. You may want to check if these credit limits can be increased. Anyways
