Hello, i am from india 22 years old i have a friend who is getting married in canada. i want to visit canada for his wedding party. he is going to sponsor me tourist visa. is there anyway he could get the visa approved from canada embassy in canada? i am saying that because where i live in INDIA there are few problems to get the toruist visa simply. i do not want to miss his wedding event. pls help

You need to submit the application through the ND visa office since this is where you live. It cannot be processed through a visa office Canada.

1) there is no "Canada embassy in Canada".
2) you have to apply for visa in nearest embassy/visa center in your country.

You can either submit an online application..... or a paper application to a VFS/Visa Application Centre (VAC), in India, that's nearest to the city/town where you live.... you cannot send your TRV (visit visa) application directly to the Canadian High Commission/Consulates in India
