Dears,
I'm an Egyptian engineer resident in SaudivArabia with my family that include four children's , one of them 19 years and others under 18. I already have my money wn visit visa that applied last year Dec 16 and get it easily..when apply in July 17 for my family, got rejected for some reasons like (Travel history, didn't tie with family, and officer didn't confence that they will return ، Employment situation , purpose of visit, immigration status in country of residence).
#Did employment situation and immigration status due to that my resident permit will be expired after two months so no strong tie to work as they may leave to stay in canada?or the sponsorship with small employee and local cal company?
#For travel history, I mention in the purpose of visit the hotel name without reservation on booking or two way flight paid tickets, did I have to provide these documents ?
#purpose of Visit!! What shall I say as the purpose is for tourist?
Did immigration officer my feel that I'm traveling in a time near to school opening ? But, I already have arrangement for events in canada for children so how can I confencehim with the purpose?
# if I reapply after clearing some of the above, the visa will stay for a month to release passport and time is more closer to school entry so what shall I say for purpose of visit?
Appreciate your feedback on rejections and possible Causes and recommendation if reapply

How long a trip did you request and have you traveled previously to countries requiring visas such as the US and UK?

Immigration status is the fact that you only have temporary status in Saudi and your status is expiring soon. I don't know what evidence you submitted to demonstrate your employment situation - so hard to comment on that.

Travel history means that you probably don't have previous travel to countries requiring visas such as the US.

The purpose of travel visit means that CIC is concerned you have plans on remaining in Canada long term.

Actually, I already have canada visit visa, the rejected one for my family including my son that he already have shengen visa and travelled to Germany , he's 19 years old now, is this a good point to keep him when reapply or he should do separately?

Other family members only visit Arabic countries .and .Malaysia ..is this the main reason ?

I request two three weeks for my trip but planned date was 21 July and visa application date 5 July that takes a month to receive it that I don't know that it will takes all these time that passes my planned travel date?

Do I have to attach confirmed flight tickets and hotel reservation?
Do I have to proof that my children enrolled in a school in SAUDI as family ties?

My resident visa will expired on october 2017 is this the main factor for employment situation rejection?i have to renew it?

Another comments for current employer profile, did Canadian embassy considering current employer prospect or how many employees or company budget or prestige ?did the visa office check employer details in full with direct access to labour office system ?

The only documents applied is a copy of my previous Canadian visa and passport/ bank statement/company letter only

I don't know which essential action to clear, renew my resident visa, or will not be enough of employer profile is not high?

Appreciate your help

There has been an increase of asylum seekers from Egypt so Egyptian visas will be scrutinized more carefully. You didn't specify the exact reason for your travels so that may be an issue. I'm not sure if you provided a detailed itinerary of your trip to Canada. If you decide to reapply a detailed description on what you plan to do each day will be helpful to your application. The fact that you usually travel alone to Canada and now your whole family is going could also be an issue. Your residency permit expiring in Saudi Arabia and it being right before school doesn't help. It may be one of many things. Since I don't really understand why you wanted to come to Canada in the first place it may not be the end of the world and you may be able to go on a family vacation somewhere else.

Thanks for reply, actually, the main reason is that my family need to join me to Manitoba as I already make exploratory visit forbusiness immigration program , already have retainer agreement with immigration consultant and pay fees .. Family need to check the city and I need more time for market study to plan for my business once process my application. I didn't highlight this as Visit purpose as I don't know it's against or in a favour to my family visa

Any idea to mention above reason

So essentially your visa was refused for good reason. They could tell you were not telling the truth. It is always best not to misrepresent when it comes to immigration matters. You can apply again for the TRV but there are no guarantees they will approve especially since you weren't upfront the first time. I am also unclear if you are currently in Canada and you are wanting a TRV for your family to join you. That optics of the situation will be concerning and you TRV may be refused because they will be concerned that you won't return to Egypt.

A word of caution:
We've seen that TRV applications for Manitoba exploratory visits are often refused (as it demonstrates an intent to remain long-term in Canada). This plus the surge in asylum cases from Egypt + your entire family is applying together.... will reduce the chances of getting TRV approvals

CBSA officers can and probably will ask you were you are going and why, amongst other things. You need to answer honestly. Having the visa does not guarantee entry into Canada. It is determined solely by the officer at the border when you enter.
