Tourist Visa question: Previous Visa/Currently valid Visa Details

I'm currently applying for a tourist visa with my Canadian passport. One of the questions is "Have you ever visit India before". I have with my Indian passport, but they ask for Visa details which I don't have since I travelled with my Indian passport.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so what did you put?
