Itz very urgent fr the reply. Well my friend and his wife are in Canada. My friend is on work visa and accordingly he gt his LMO until next year. But his wife was on tourist visa of whom status of her visa is out of date (September 2009). so can they still apply for the work permit together as she was dependant on him and both have jobs in Canada. Or does she has to leave Canada in order to apply for her visa extension??? does she has to wait until her husband gets his work permit???
