[Tourist Visa] My Passport has not come back

Hello,

I have applied for Visitor Visa online and I got passport request for me and my wife. I have sent my passport to New York office 2 weeks ago with a return shipping paid envelope in it. I still dont get any response from New York office, my return tracking information shows nothing, which means New York office has not yet sent my passports back.

I am worried, I dont find any communication channel to talk to Canada Visa Consulate or VAC. Can anybody help me what should I do now?

Check your online account. Is your application "approved and closed"?

If so you need to wait 7-10 days before getting your passport.

I am in the same boat.

I have send my passport to NY office and it has been over one and half week, no response from them.

Lets hope we get it soon.

Did you people send your passport through the VAC or directly to the Consulate?
