tourist visa for non curable diseases

My mom dad and my brother want to apply for a tourist visa to Canada. But my brother is a thalesemia major patient. So i what are the chances to get the visa and the requirements to get the same.

It's really impossible for us to say what the chances are that a visitor visa will be approved. For your parents and brother to be approved, they will have to show that they have ties to their home country and have no plans on staying in Canada long term. They will also have to show that they have sufficient funds to pay for their trip.
