My mom visitor visa is expiring on July 2022. When the latest is she allowed to enter Canada?
Also, if the visa is stamped on an cancelled passport and she has new issued passport, will CBSA deny her entry?

1. July 2022 on the date of expiry.
2. No, she has to carry both passports. Note the airline MAY give her a problem during boarding.
