Tourist visa denied (request for returned photo copy of submmited documents)

Dear sir, I have also same problem but I have applied my Canada visitor visa in chandigarh in 2012 but refused I am from Patiala Punjab, so please tell me that may I request for returned photo copy of my all documents submitted in Canada high commission chandigarh (personal information) self or not.
2 its possible in india (same proceder in india or canada)
3. I have applied my visa self in chandigarh vfs help me

I am trying to understand why you need a photo copy of your file unless you did not keep one? I responded on another thread where you asked how to obtain GCMS notes. If you order the notes it takes 30 days. If you order a physical file (the copy of all documents in your file), then you can expect at least two months to receive them.

Just do a search on forum "order GCMS " and you will get all the information you need. Qorax and Cocknbull have both done good posts.
