Hello. I'am applying for tourist visa on monday via online. But i have a problem. I have visa rejected from 13 years ago. The reason was fake marriage. Should I answer yes to the visa refusal on the visa application form??? Can the see the visa rejected before 13 years ago.
I am planning to travel to canada 20-31 january.
I am going to paris for business purpose after my canada travel. I have my visa. I bought my airplane tickets etc.
I need your help

Are you saying that you married someone from Canada just to immigrate? And, your previous visa application to Canada was refused for this reason?

You must declare visa refusals to any country, including to Canada. Failure to declare a previous visa refusal can result in a 5 years' ban for misrepresentation.

It does not matter how long back you were refused. All records are available and can be easily accessed

Our marriage was not fake. But officer didnt believe it. Because we couldnt prove it. And after 3.5 years we divorced. Because I couldnt go and she didnt want to live in our country. It was a big problem for us.

Your spousal PR application is on record. You must declare the refusal.

Processing of your TRV application might take longer than the estimated time. Do ensure that every document is correct/genuine. You may want to apply on your own or else do check your application before a representative submits it

Hello. My online application status was "Review of eligibility your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reivewing your eligibilitiy.
But when i checked it today this has been changed to "Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements."
What does it mean? Are they gonna give a decision very soon?

Yes. However, in some cases, applicants have had the 'Review of eligibility' status for several weeks/months before decisions were given

Hello. They still didnt give any decision for my application. My trip was starting 20th of january (after tomorrow). Are they going to refuse my application if my travel plan passes?
Applied on 26th of december
