totally broken emotionally and stressful...spouse visitor visa rejected twice...

hello respected members of the forum...

please look at my case first...

I applied for my study permit along with my wife as dependent on 07/04/2015(no application for her OWP was made,could be a refusal reason i guess) and got a refusal on 27/04/2015 according to the date on letter,update was received on 05/05/2015 through vfs ang got the passports on 06/05/2015.


My profile:
X-75%
XII-59.60%(physics,chemistry,maths)
bachelor's-54%(commerce)
Masters's-72% MBA with IT concentration.

a gap of one year after my bachelor's due to involvement in competition exams for various govt.jobs.
4+ years work experience.

1.IELTS-overall 6.5(L6 R7 W7 S6.5)
2.I showed 6 lacs in my bank account held for more than 6 months.
3.GIC-10000 CAD
4.20 lacs education loan from SBBJ.
5.Affidavit of support from father and showed ITR returns and bank statements of father( 2 lacs in 2 saving accounts, ITR of 3 lacs per annum)
receipt of amount paid to college-2610 USD.

My wife showed-
1.all acdemic docs till M.sc in Statistics
2.affidavit of support from her father for bearing all the expenses
3.father's Form 16 of 9 lacs per annum(govt.employee)
4.2 lacs in fathers's bank account
5.5 lacs in GPF account.

rejection reasons for my visa was other reasons and for my wife visa it was only funds reason.

after this i applied for my study visa alone and got my visa approved in 4 days.i came to canada on 30th june 2015 and was very stressed as never stayed away from family,do not know anyone here in canada,i need my wife here to be with me.she applied for her visitor visa to stay here with me for a month and she showed following documents.she again got rejected today and the reason is same as previous.
"insufficient funds"

1.all acdemic docs till M.sc in Statistics
2.affidavit of support from her father for bearing all the expenses
3.father's Form 16 for last 3 years of 9 lacs per annum(govt.employee)
4. 4.5 lacs in fathers's bank account...(recently added funds and attached an affidavit to tell that these funds are cash savings and deposited for the purpose of her visit to canada)
5.5.5 lacs in GPF account.
6.my study permit
7.my enrollment letter which shows me as a full time student registration for my first semester.
8.her return airline tickets
9.invitation letter from me
10.marriage certificate
11.our joint bank account statement 5 lacs...8-9 months old fund...this same i used for my visa purpose...
12.my GIC-10000 dollars

i am in a very stressful situation and want to get rid of this soon....please help me i hope you people understand my situation.we can not live without each other...

bro it is quite simple ..

you alraedy tried once for owp for your wife so the details are reserved in their system than you tried as a visitor visa for your wife .. so it completely got messed they understood that by hook or crook u want ur wife so they will no that provide now wait for some time .. like 6 months or something and than again try dont try now ..
