FIRST the words like "Guaranteed PR" does not exist,, PR is applicable for every course, does not matter its a low level course or Technical, managerial level course, so for getting the PR applicant have to comply with CIC rules and Immigration policies and if you comply with that sure you have PR in hand someday.
PR is a point based system, applicant is generally tested for PR on the following grounds and awarded points on each attributes as per given below.
1. Principal Applicant's Qualification
2. Principal Applicant's Work Experience
3. Principal Applicant's Age
4. Principal Applicant's English Language Skills (IELTS, CELB, MELAB, CPT)
5. Principal Applicant's French Language Skills (DELF)
6. Spouse Age
7. Spouse Qualification (if married)
8. Spouse Work Experience
9. Spouse Language Skills (English and/or French) i.e. IELTS and/or DELF BI, B2 level
there are some niche course according to your profile and after that future is very bright,
1. Aircraft Technician
2. Aircraft Maintenance Engineer
3. Aerospace Technician
4. Aerodynamics Technician
instead of the following courses , i am not sure about the courses for specifically Pilot training, there may be a special only Pilot Training Courses, search over Google and u will get ur answer.
lots of college in Canada offer 1/2 Year diploma course and after completing diploma and doing min. 6 months job , you will be eligible for PR under different IMMIGRATION CLASSES LIKE:
1. Canadian Experience Class
2. PNP Stream
3. Federal Skilled Worker program
