Are there any options available for PR aspirants where the cap has been reached (Eligible occupation NOC code 1122 - Cap of 1000 has been reached) other than holding a job offer. I am planning to apply for PR and found the note of cap reaching Professional occupations (code 1122). Appreciate views of members of this forum.
