I would like I know what are he total fees that's needs to be paid for cic?

I remember paying something 550 cad, then medical fees and now am being asked to pay for residence fee 490.

Can any one pls confirm

Yep, You're right, Application fee CAD550 + Right for PR Fee CAD490 + Medicals approx CAD220, optionaly they can ask for RCMP Clearance (police certificate) it's CAD50, So Total is about 13 hundred PER PERSON
