Toronto Drivers license and Abstract translator

Hello,

Can someone please recommend a "ministry approved" Spanish to English translator to translate my drivers license and driving record abstract. I have looked at the Drive test website but can not find a list of approved translators.

He does not meet the requirements to be approved by the Ministry. A list of approved translators can be found here.
