Toronto: College or University?

guys, help me out on this one..

i have completed my 4 year course as 'Bachelor of Science in Information Systems' outside Canada, now i want to go to canada to get a 2 year course and start working there.

my questions:

1. which is better for a 2 year course related to computers? College or University?
2. do i have an advantage, in terms of job application, bec. i have bachelors degree + the 2 year course diploma?
3. what are best known universities/colleges in toronto?
4. which sector receives high salary in toronto, programmers or engineers?? (coz i have plan to get diploma on engineering)
5. if there are better universities/colleges outside toronto (near the city), pls post it here. tnx

pls help me out on this one, coz i dont want to struggle in upcoming months/years. i want it to be smooth.

hi,
1-obviously its better university then college as you want to get a good job and if you have a master degree from a university then job chances are so high.
2-once you have a degree after your bachelor then its advantage with your previous qualification.
3-university of toronto is 1 one university all over the Canada and in colleges humber,centennial are the best colleges.
4-its depend on your work skilled both are good but i think engineering is better then other fileds coz. Canada is advanced country and there is much demand of a good engineers.
5-if your want to go in diploma program then "Conestoga college" in kitchen near toronto is one of the best college on ontario colleges,fess are also less then other ontario colleges and good rapotition, if you search a university then search UOUIT in oshawa.
