Hello all,
I am applying to PR under Family Class, my common-law partner (Canadian citizen) is sponsoring me. I have been in Canada since 2015, studying until 2021 and working after. I took a scheduled semester off during my studies, (Winter 2020), but registered for classes for Fall2020. I remained in Canada, did not work. It was also a COVID restriction time so could not travel home even if I wished to. I believe I did not lose status at this time. Should I note this gap in my personal history or should I say that I was studying from 2015-2021 (same degree and institution, always remained full time apart from the break).
Also, this has been posted about before but I do not need to record visits to home during summer semesters, correct?
Thank you in advance!
