Too Weird To Get A Job. How Do I Get PR?

This is not a rant but more of a realist breakdown of my situation. I'm on a post graduate work permit and I'm basically too weird to get a job. I have a severe speech impediment and social anxiety. I always come across as nervous and unstable. I'm able to pass take-home assignments but when it comes to the in-person interview part, nobody wants to take me on because of all my problems. They'd rather just take a normal person who can talk properly.

Companies offer a high hourly rate and I've offered to do it for minimum wage. If they give me a time span for an assignment, I do it in less than half of that time. I still get rejected despite all this.

At these odds, I'm positive I will never be able to secure a job. It's literally impossible for me. What do I do to get PR? My work permit is running out and I don't know what to do. Surely there must be some solution to this?

Can you score enough points through EE / FSW to be selected without Canadian work experience?

Do you have at least one year of continuous skilled work experience from outside of Canada? If so, which occupation?

Which province did you study in? Are there any options for you from this perspective through PNP?

I don't have work experience though

I studied in BC. I have looked into some PNP options and I think I read something about long-distance trucking being eligible for PR. However I think that requires a training program and my work permit has a condition on it that says I cannot attend any educational/training institute.

You need at least one year of continuous and full time skilled work experience in a single profession to qualify for EE/FSW. If you don't have work experience, it's a non-starter. Have you looked at BC's semi-skilled program? There are a number of different occupations that fall under that program. https://www.welcomebc.ca/Immigrate-to-B-C/Skills-Immigration#ELSS

There may be a truck driver stream. I'm not familiar with that one. You'll need to spend time researching. Unfortunately there's really no short-cut to researching (apart from hiring an immigration lawyer to help you).

I guess this comes down to how badly you want PR. If you want PR badly, then you'll need to buckle down and do detailed research across the different PNP programs to see what options might be available to you. Or alternatively hire an immigration lawyer to help you. If not important, then I guess it's up to you how much effort you put into this.
