Dear all,

I would need your opinion based on your experiences and expertise on this issue. I have made a mistake during my application back on 21 Feb 2019. I am FSW-O candidate, having received my ITA with a CRS point of 465, and the minimum CRS point of the draw was 449, my AOR being 21 Feb 2019. I am into my 6th month now.
So, yesterday, I received the GCMS notes that I have ordered back on 7 June 2019, and read a note that was made back on 24 April 2019 by the Centralized Intake Office that I failed to provide my foreign education credential. I did provide my ECA done by WES but I didn't attach my diploma with it.

My eligibility is under review currently.

I have read some posts that applications do get rejected due to the foreign credential missing. So, I sent through the photocopy of my diploma straight away through the CSE Webform. I haven't received any notification from IRCC whether they have received the webform yet at this point. I am afraid that this is a little too late to send it through though.

Besides, I am a little surprised that they did not ask for me to provide that piece of documents when they contacted me for the signed Schedule A, and they accepted to receive my FBI PCC and my IELTS/TEF certificates even if they were not required at the time of application.

Do you think that there is any chance I would still be accepted for PR or should I admit to myself that I failed this application and I should start over asap? Thank you very much for your feedback.

Hey. You didn't attach the diploma upfront due to which there is a review required, but if you have proactively send them the copy of your educational document via webform, that is good. Don't worry you can call them and ask whether the concerned visa office has received your document. You have done your part, you will get good news soon!!
