too early to apply for trv

My daughter and her husband went on PR visa to Canada in JUNE15. They want me to visit them for 15 days.I shall me meeting all expenses for my visit.
They have been in Canada for 9 months only after getting PR card.
Is it too early for me to apply for TRV to visit them for 15 days?Please advise.

No, it's not too early. However, if you can, increase the days you'll be spending with in Canada to maybe 25-30 days.
