Hi xtalj, I didn't send on the post but rather CIC gave me a box to click to upload the Job Offer Letter in the DOCUMENT TRANSMITTED checklist window in MYCIC page; I received an email in MYCIC inbox asking me to upload additional documents which is the Job Offer Letter.

Better ask CIC agent if what you are suppose to do. Who knows they won't need that in your case. You says that in your previous refusal letter; only Job Offer Contract of Employment is what you missed to upload on your first application. Good luck and God bless.

I saw your case and realize that we are on the same condition on work permit extension. So I decide to provide a job offer letter as a supplemental document. But I checked on the cic website, there are several mailing address, I am afraid if I sent to wrong address, they won't open it in time. There is a address for general enquiry, additional information and document requested by CIC, which is as follow:

Could you pls tell me if the above is the address you were asked to sent to?

or did you sent it to work permit address:

Did you write on the envolope - supplemental document? That is what I intend to do.
