To sum up PGWPP situation

Hi guys,

so I did a LOT of reading in the last few hours, and I would like to know if someone can help me just clearing everything out about the PGWPP situation.

Let me see if I got this right:

1) If you receive a PGWP now, you can get a job without a LMIA, however...
2) if you want to use this job offer to apply for EE, then you have to get a positive LMIA.

Is that right?!

Plus, I would like to ask: the spouse that goes with the student and holds an OWP. Does he/she needs a LMIA do work?

you can work without LMIA but you need a LMIA to et 600 points in EE
