AsK your univeristy that you will attend. Few full scholarships for Masters students. You may get a TA position but still need to show your own funds.

You have to do your own research. No Canadian university will provide you with a fully funded scholarship for a Masters. Few Canadians get fully funded. You still need to show your own funds for your studies to get a study permit too, even if you get some bursary funding.
