To reapply for PR Card

I immigrated to Canada in July 2010. I spent 1 year in Canada as a PR. (2011 August)
I go and work in the US for 2 Years (2012 /2013 August) make some money and come back Canada to accumulate another year or a little bit more then I spend 2013 September- 2014 and my Resident Card expires on July 2015.

So, what is next?

I understand that I can not apply for citizenship, since I do not accumulate 1095 days within the period (2010-2013/14) but I accumulate 730 or a little bit more within (2010-2015). So, should I wait then until my PR card expires and apply for a new PR card to start everything over again?

And what will happens to those 730 days that I spent in Canada? They are gone? Or they will somehow counted during next 4 years?

Wait until you accumulate 730 days to apply for renewal of your PR card. Further reading:

Doesn't have to be consecutive. Collect 730 days in a 5 years period.
