To QORAX and others - On work ex certificates.... and disability

Hi:

I understand that I need to provide work ex certficate from my previous companies. Now, I have the following problem:

1. My previous company has given me work ex certificate but that is an abridged form of what I have described as my job responsibilities. My consultant advises me that I would lose points and so I should give an affidavit. Can I attach both?

2. My current company has a policy that they will not give recommedation. That too would have to be self declaration. Is that ok?

My other question is that people with disablity - will they be refused visa? What are the chances?
