I really thought about your question for the past 2 days I couldnt sleep or eat properly...... and here is my answer

If you want to get married and apply for a visa you can get a visa but if you dont marry and apply for a visa you can get a visa. If you want to know an easier way it could be that you apply for a visa before you get married if you dont want any hinderence but if you do want hinderence then you may apply for a visa after you marry. Either ways you need to apply to find out if this will be a hinderence. If you want to apply for a student/work visa that would depend on when you get married, wether you are marrying before you apply for a visa or after you apply for a visa.If you marry before apply for a visa then you would have to include your wife if you marry after your apply for visa then you dont have to apply. Depending which course of action you take that is whats going to be favourable for you in the larger context of things. Good luck, now that I have said this I feel a lot better
