Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
There is no point to apply as a skilled worker if your job is not on the list of 38 unless you have a job offer (AEO) or are already in Canada.

here is also no point to apply as a skilled worker for a low skill job (caregiver).

Like I told you before, your NOC code is not 2241 either. 2241 is Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technologists and Technicians, see http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC-CNP/app/quicksearch.aspx?lc=e&searchkey=2241

The NOC code for caregiver as per http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC-CNP/app/quicksearch.aspx?lc=e&searchkey=caregiver+ is 6474

6474 Babysitters, Nannies and Parents' Helpers
live-in caregiver
caregiver, babysitting
child caregiver – private home

If you wish to work as a live in caregiver, you need to go by the live in caregiver program, first find an employer, then get LMO and then work permit. Then come and work for 2 years and then apply for residency.
