Hi all,
I need your support they sent me a result of my medical and I have a child with cerebral palsy so they said in order to approve his entry I need to provide them with a detailed plan for him for social services and financial intent to be able to cover 175000 $ CAD for 5 years plan .

I need your help on how to write for them this detailed plan and how can I contact centers for disability in Quebec to get the cost yearly or whom can I consult before sending this plan.

I would strongly recommend that you hire a Canadian immigration lawyer to assist you with this letter. CIC will refuse your application unless you can prove your child will not be a burden to Canada's health care system and social services.
