Hey guys,

I'm Lithuanian here in BC with working holiday visa for one year.
Boss would like me to stay for one more year but he's not eligible to get a LMO.
Can I somehow extend my working holiday visa for one year more without LMO?

Do you qualify for a second working holiday visa? That would certainly be one way to extend without an LMO.

Otherwise you need an LMO.

Then you need to get your second working holiday visa approved before your first one expires if you want to keep working.

No, I can't apply a second Working Holiday visa (in my country we can do it once). That's why I want to extend this one.

You can't extend your current Working Holiday Visa.

If you want to keep working your only option is the LMO + closed work permit route.
